Do you ship to my country?
We ship to over 180 countries worldwide. You can select your shipping destination in the top left corner of our website.
How much is the shipping?
• European Union (EU) countries, Norway and Switzerland
We currently offer free standard shipping* on all orders above150€. If the total value of the order is less than150€, the shipping costs will be7,90€–14,90€depending on the weight and volume of the items. *Exceptions apply: UK and non-continental shipping destinations such as Malta and Cyprus.
• International delivery
For countries that do not belong to the European Union, the shipping costs are from7,90€, depends on the destination, weight and volume of the package. The shipping costs for each item are shown on the product page. For bulky and oversized items such as sofas, armchairs, dining tables, etc. you can request a shipping quote by filling out the form on the product page. We will send you an offer within two working days.
What shipping methods are available?
We offer the following shipping methods:
• FexEx Economy
FedEx will deliver your products to the shipping address within 2-6 business days after placing the order.
Estimated delivery date is based on shipping destination and is shown at checkout. Deliveries are made on working days from Monday to Friday.
For orders shipped outside of the EU, the customer is responsible for paying all import duties and all applicable taxes, including customs clearance and local taxes, as the products are delivered to place (DAP).
• FedEx Priority
FedEx Priority is the fastest shipping option available - orders are delivered within 1-3 business days. Deliveries are made on working days from Monday to Friday.
Estimated delivery date is based on shipping destination and is shown at checkout.
For orders shipped outside of the EU, the customer is responsible for paying all import duties and all applicable taxes, including customs clearance and local taxes, as the products are delivered to place (DAP).
• DHL Express worldwide
DHL Express Worldwide is one of the fastest shipping options available. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to arrive. The shipping costs depend on the destination, weight and volume of the package and are calculated automatically.
Estimated delivery date is shown at checkout. Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday during normal business hours.
Shortly after collection, you will receive an email or SMS from DHL with a tracking code and the estimated delivery time. By clicking on the link in the message you can choose the best shipping option for you. Delivery can be made to the original delivery address, DHL Service Point or DHL Parcel Lockers, and you can also change the delivery address within the same country.
You will receive notification before delivery and confirmation upon delivery.
Please note that DHL Express Worldwide is not available for all orders.
• DHL Paket, from €8.80 (Europe) / €15.99 (outside Europe)
Your order will be delivered to the delivery address by DHL Paket. The shipping costs depend on the destination and the weight of the package and are calculated automatically. The exact price and estimated delivery date for your country will be shown at checkout. DHL Parcel is usually the cheapest shipping method for large and light items.
You can track your order within 72 hours of shipment from our warehouse. After the first delivery attempt, the package will be transported to a local collection point. Please note that DHL Paket is not available for all orders.
• DHL Paket Connect
Your order will be delivered to the delivery address, collection point or parcel box by DHL or a local DHL partner that meets DHL standards
DHL Parcel Connect has more than 72,000 collection points in Europe.
You can track your order within 3 business days after shipment. You can track your delivery with your phone, with reliable tracking information showing where it is and when it will arrive. Receive an SMS or email before delivery, reassuring you that your package is in the country and will be delivered on a specific day.
You have the option of home delivery or forwarding to a service point. If you choose home delivery, the package will be transported to a local collection point after the first delivery attempt. If it is delivered to a collection point, you have up to a week to collect the package

• GLS Businesspaket in Euro (EU) ab 11,20 $
Available for shipments under 35 kg.
Your order will be sent to the delivery address via the GLS Euro Business Parcel service or a local GLS partner. Please allow 2-8 business days for your order to arrive. The delivery time depends on the shipping destination and you can see the estimated delivery date at checkout before ordering.
Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday during normal business hours. After the first delivery attempt, the package will be transported to a local collection point. In Sweden, all shipments under 20 kg are delivered to a collection point.
• Standard UPS, starting at $7.55
Your order will be shipped to the delivery address via standard UPS service. Please allow 2-7 business days for your order to arrive. The delivery time depends on the shipping destination and you will see the estimated delivery date at checkout. Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday during normal business hours.

• UPS Expedited (for international orders)
Your order will be sent to the delivery address via the UPS Expedited Service. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your order to arrive. The shipping costs depend on the destination, weight and volume of the package and are calculated automatically. The delivery time depends on the shipping destination and you will see the estimated delivery date at checkout. Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday during normal business hours.
• UPS Express
UPS Express Saver is the fastest shipping option available. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to arrive. The shipping costs depend on the destination, weight and volume of the package and are calculated automatically. Estimated delivery date is shown at checkout. Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday during normal business hours. Please note that UPS Express Saver is not available for all orders.
• Delivery to a collection point
Your order will be shipped to the pickup location of your choice via UPS Standard or UPS Express Saver, whichever is faster. At checkout, choose your shipping method and then a convenient pick-up point from a list of five of the closest locations, based on the shipping address provided. You will receive an email notification from UPS when your order is ready for pickup.
Please note that pickup location delivery is not available for all orders. UPS currently has pickup locations in the following countries: Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom and United States Orders weighing more than 20kg or a Lengths over 80 cm cannot be handed in at a collection point.
• TNT (for international orders)
Your order will be delivered to the delivery address on a pallet by TNT Economy Express or TNT Express Service. TNT is usually the cheapest shipping method for bulky and oversized items like sofas, armchairs and dining tables. Please note that the inward or upward movement of goods is not included in the service.
The shipping costs depend on the destination and the weight of the shipment and are calculated automatically. The exact price and estimated delivery date for your country will be shown at checkout.
TNT Economy Express: Please allow 4-8 business days for your order to arrive.
TNT Express: Please allow 3-6 business days for your order to arrive.
• DSV Freight (for international orders)
Your order will be delivered on a pallet to the delivery address via the DSV Freight service, another shipping method for oversized items.
If you would like your items to be transported within your home or office, please contact our customer service. Please note that this additional service is not available at all locations.
Europe: Please allow 2-9 business days for your order to arrive. We offer free standard shipping on all orders over €150.
Rest of the world: The shipping costs and the estimated delivery date are indicated in the budget provided by our customer service.
