Do you ship to my country?
We ship to over 180 countries worldwide. You can select your shipping destination in the top left corner of our website.
How much are the shipping costs?
• European Union (EU) countries, Norway and Switzerland
We currently offer free* standard shipping on all orders above150€. If the total value of the order is less than150€, the shipping costs will be7,90€–14,90€depending on the weight and volume of the items. *Exceptions apply: UK and non-mainland destinations such as Malta and Cyprus.
• International shipping
For countries outside the European Union, the shipping costs are from7,90€, depends on the destination, weight and volume of the order. The shipping costs for each item are shown on the product page. For bulky and oversized items - such as sofas, armchairs, dining tables etc. - you can request a shipping quote by filling out the form on the product page. We will provide you with an offer within two working days.
What shipping methods are available?
We offer the following shipping methods:
• Economia FexEx
FedEx will deliver your goods to your shipping address within 2-6 business days of placing your order.
Estimated delivery date is based on shipping destination and is shown at checkout. Deliveries are made on working days from Monday to Friday.
For orders shipped outside of the EU, the customer is responsible for paying any possible import fees and all applicable taxes, including customs clearance and local taxes, when the goods are delivered to location (DAP).
• FedEx Priority
FedEx Priority is the fastest shipping option available: orders are delivered within 1-3 business days. Deliveries are made on working days from Monday to Friday.
Estimated delivery date is based on shipping destination and is shown at checkout.
For orders shipped outside of the EU, the customer is responsible for paying any possible import fees and all applicable taxes, including customs clearance and local taxes, when the goods are delivered to location (DAP).
• DHL Express Mundial
DHL Express Worldwide is one of the fastest shipping options available. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to arrive. The shipping costs depend on the destination, weight and volume of the order and are calculated automatically.
Estimated delivery date is shown at checkout. Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday during business hours.
Shortly after collection, you will receive an email or SMS from DHL with a tracking code and the estimated delivery time. By clicking on the link in the message you can choose the best shipping option for you. Delivery can be made to the original delivery address, DHL Service Point or DHL Parcel Lockers, and you can also change the delivery address within the same country.
You will receive a delivery notification and a confirmation once the delivery has been made.
Please note that DHL Express Worldwide is not available for all orders.
• DHL Paket, from €8.80 (Europe) / €15.99 (outside Europe)
Your order will be delivered to the delivery address by DHL Paket. The shipping costs depend on the destination and weight of the order and are calculated automatically. The exact price and estimated delivery date for your country will be shown at checkout. DHL Parcel is often the cheapest shipping method for large and light items.
You can track your order within 72 hours after sending our deposit. After the first delivery attempt, the order will be transported to a local collection point. Please note that DHL Paket is not available for all orders.
• DHL Paket Connect
Your order will be delivered to your delivery address, collection point or parcel locker by DHL or a local DHL partner that meets DHL standards
DHL Parcel Connect has more than 72,000 collection points across Europe.
You can track your order within 3 business days after shipment. You can track your delivery with your phone - with reliable tracking and tracing information showing you where it is and when it will arrive. You will receive an SMS or email before delivery, assuring you that your package is in the country and will be delivered on a specific day.
You have the option of home delivery or redirect to a service point. If you choose home delivery, the order will be transported to a local collection point after the first delivery attempt. For delivery to a collection point, you have up to one week to collect the order

• GLS Euro Business Parcel (EU) ab 11,20 US-Dollar
Available for shipments up to 35 kg.
Your order will be sent to the delivery address via the GLS Euro Business Parcel service or a local GLS partner. Please allow 2-8 business days for your order to arrive. The delivery time depends on the shipping destination and you can see the estimated delivery date at checkout before ordering.
Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday during business hours. After the first delivery attempt, the order will be transported to a local collection point. In Sweden, all shipments under 20 kg are delivered to a collection point.
• UPS Standard, a portion of US$7.55
Your order will be shipped to your shipping address using standard UPS service. Please allow 2-7 business days for your order to arrive. The delivery time depends on the shipping destination and you will see the estimated delivery date at checkout. Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday during business hours.

• UPS Expedited (for international orders)
Your order will be shipped to the delivery address via UPS Expedited. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your order to arrive. The shipping costs depend on the destination, weight and volume of the order and are calculated automatically. The delivery time depends on the shipping destination and you will see the estimated delivery date at checkout. Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday during business hours.
• UPS Express Saver
UPS Express Saver is the fastest shipping option available. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to arrive. The shipping costs depend on the destination, weight and volume of the order and are calculated automatically. Estimated delivery date is shown at checkout. Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday during business hours. Please note that UPS Express Saver is not available for all orders.
• Delivery to a pickup location
Your order will be shipped faster to a pickup location of your choice via UPS Standard or UPS Express Saver. Select your shipping method at checkout, then select a convenient pickup location from a list of five of the closest locations based on the shipping address provided. You will receive an email notification from UPS when your order is ready for pickup.
Please note that pickup location delivery is not available for all orders. UPS currently has collection points in the following countries: Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Spain, Sweden, UK and USA. Orders weighing more than 20 kg or longer than 80 cm cannot be delivered to a collection point.
• TNT (for international orders)
Your order will be delivered to the delivery address on a pallet using the TNT Economy Express or TNT Express service. Non-woven is often the most cost-effective shipping method for bulky and oversized items such as sofas, chaise longues and dining tables. Please note that transport of goods in or upstairs is not included in the service.
The shipping costs depend on the destination and weight of the shipment and are calculated automatically. The exact price and estimated delivery date for your country will be shown at checkout.
TNT Economy Express: Please allow 4-8 business days for your order to arrive.
TNT Express: Please allow 3-6 business days for your order to arrive.
• DSV shipping (for international orders)
Your order will be delivered to your delivery address on a pallet by DSV Freight – another shipping method for oversized items.
If you want your items to be transported within your home or office, contact our customer service. Please note that this additional service is not available at all locations.
Europe: Please allow 2-9 business days for your order to arrive. We offer free standard shipping on all orders over €150.
Rest of the world: The shipping costs and the estimated delivery date are indicated in the offer from our customer service.
